How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our online booking system by selecting your service, preferred date, and time.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

What if I’m late for my appointment?

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.

Can I book for more than one person?

Yes, please contact us directly if you would like to arrange multiple appointments.

Refund & Cancellation

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment via SMS to 0449 951 849.

Do you offer refunds?

Service payments are non-refundable. Retail products may be returned if unused and unopened.

What happens if I don’t show up?

No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Shipping

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping for retail products within Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
